Ordering Policies
Please read the company policies stated below before ordering merchandise.
Ordering Kirton's Fashion Doll Furniture
Furniture may be ordered online, email, fax or by phone. When placing an order please state clearly your name, address and telephone number. We are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM eastern standard time to take orders by phone.
Taxes
5% GST will be added to all Canadian orders. An additional 8% PST will be added to all Ontario orders. 13% HST will be added to Maritime orders where applicable.
There are no taxes charged by us on orders being shipped to the US of overseas.
Shipping
Shipping cost will be verified at the time of purchase comfirmed. Orders will be insured and shipped by Postal Service if other arrangments are not specified. If shipment is rerouted to a second address while in transit there will be an additional cost to the customer.
Payment
Please verify the type of payment you wish to use and we will email you back with the with the total amount owing. We will accept bank issued money orders or bank drafts. Money from outside of Canada must be international money orders or bank drafts, not domestic. We will hold your order for 2 weeks to await payment. Please specify if you wish to pay by Paypal and we will email you with the total amount owing.
Returns
You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your merchandise for authorization and shipping instructions on returns. Unauthorized returns or COD's or failure to comply with our return instructions will not be accepted. Any charges incurred will be charged back to the customer. You are responsible for the merchandise until it is back in our hands. Please insure it. All returns must have a return number form KFDF.
